Our Shelves

Mission:
The purpose of the Pine Island Sharing Shelves is to provide a food bank for people who reside in the public school district of Pine Island.
Sharing Shelves offers people in need the opportunity to shop and choose food on a weekly basis. Sharing Shelves also serves families in emergency situations.

DONATIONS - Donations are always welcome and are vital in keeping our shelves stocked!

SUPPORT FOR THE PINE ISLAND COMMUNITY IN 2008:

The Pine Island Sharing Shelves supported an average of 160 households with 405 individuals each month.  An average of 3,100 pounds of food and other items were distributed each month.
